I'm probably going to be unpopular but the hotter one (for me) was Orlando Bloom. Why? Cause he's hotter, at least in this movie anyway, I like my men manly, so the fact he skipped the eyeliner and looked like he showered was the defining point.
But, my fave character was definitely Johnny Depp's Jack Sparrow :)

Johnny Depp he is the star of the whole movie I can not see anyone else playing that part. He is not bad on the eyes either.

johnny depp, i have never really cared for orlando bloom. plus johnny deep is a far superior actor. i like how involved he got in the part.

as a character or as an actor? i like johnny depp as an actor better in pirates because he is so good at his character. he is so into it.
but as a character, orlando blooms character is more appealing because he'll sacrifice for love and that is dreamy.

I love them both, but in POTC I think Johnny Depp is my favorite- because I absolutely love his character. Jack Sparrow is so unlike any character I've ever seen before, and he's always enjoyable!

Never saw the movie - but I DO know the gentlemen you speak of and I would HAVE to go with Johnny Depp. His eyes are to DIE for!! Ok...his smile...his physique...on and on!!!
