after moving files and folders in my windows XP, text was painted in green and .jpg files can't be opened ???

it looks like my old list of files and folders but with the text painted in green: All files extensions can be opened as before other than .jpg files. Somebody knows why ?

The green color means the files/folders are encrypted. Make sure you are logged on as the same user that encrypted them.
