I've looked everywhere and can't get my hands on one! Plenty of shops do the high waisted trousers, but not the skirts! Please Help!

I found one at H&M. Also, at Forever 21.com a really great navy blue high waisted skirt.

River Island have a great black & white check highwaisted skirt, and it has really cute buttons on it.
