If you do the math... most December babies are conceived in February and March... February is the month of love and oggly googly feelings and its just cold in some places in March so what else is there to do *wink*
February is very popular too, I think that has to do with Mother's day

I don't know my husband and I were both born in December as well as a nephew, aunt, and brother. They want us to really go broke in December.

Its Febuary/March, its friggin cold and Valentines Day. After that its just friggin cold. Not much else to do.
