This is such a great show and in case I ever miss a Monday episode, the Sci-Fi channel has me covered with their friday repeats. Very cool:-)
Since I like the show and it's characters - I'm hoping that it's Claire! She's the only one of the group that can come back to life:-)
Or Peter - if he still has access to her unique gift. This way they die for an episode or two and simply come back.

Nikki/Jessica can't die because aside from Sylar they're the only bad heros maybe Hiro or Pete's older bro (can't remember name)

I'm guessing it will be a "re-run" death... the super-memory waitress in the cafe will die again when Hiro is unable to prevent her death.

I love this show....there are so many surprises and things are never what you think so your guess is as good as mine,,,I never looked forward to Mondays before....lol,
