From studying philosophy for a little while....if the person was born blind, then I suggest he sees nothing. He couldnt see anything because he has never seen anything so he wouldnt be able to visualise shapes colours, etc and he would have nothing to base anything on. I dont know what he would dream about, but I would be very interested to read any answers from a blind man....but I guess that would be pretty difficult because he wouldnt be able to read your question....lol. I am not being flippant either....I would be very interested to find out myself. Good question.

I suppose it depends on whether they were born blind, if not I think they just are more sensitive to visualizing!!! If I meet any blind people, I will be sure to ask!!

I think that by means of the sound they create images though they have never seen them, on the other hand they have the idea with the tact.
