Be careful trying to do it all. It will run you into the ground. Accept the fact that spending quality time with your family is more important than having a spotless house. From then on just try to balance the rest of it but don't be too hard on yourself if you can't get it all done the way you like it to be.

Wherever you are, be all there. Keep a single focus. Remember that the school day already gets the best you have to give, mentally and physically. Don't give the school anymore time after hours than absolutely necessary. Set limits and stay with them.
You have the rest of your life (or most of it) to work, but you only have your children for a short time before they are out on their own.
My daughter tells me she wishes I'd spent more time with her when she was growing up.

One important thing about management is proper utilisation of available time.Time is one of the natural gift that money cannot buy.You must be able to develop a daily plan about activities that must be executed about your family and your work.Sacrificing one for the other may cause a great loss.Family is a divine blessing from God.Also it is very advisable to consult God for His divine direction in your daily activities.
