In my opinion, people say things that are in their thoughts. That doesn't mean that it would EVER come out when sober, but how would things come out of their mouths that they weren't thinking? Our mouths don't just spout words on their own. They also DO things they would never do sober.
So, one should just not drink to excess. One or two drinks should be enough.

Oh Yeah, drunk mouth says what the sober mind thinks, u do go with the flow if it feels good at the moment, sleepiness if u were already tired when sober. Drunkness shows your true colors, however its done bluntly offensively and without precaution and yes sometimes violently. I use to drink heavily for the fun of it; ex, when i was in an uncomfortable state it put me at ease, if i was upset, it helped me speak my mind. so on and on

I would like to know the answer to that too. My boyfriend says a lot of mean things to me when he is drunk and when he sobers up he says that he didn't mean it, he was just drunk. But since he keeps saying the same things every time he is drunk, I'm inclined to believe that he means them and just doesn't have the nerve to say it unless he has had too much to drink.

People are more likely to say what they mean when they're drunk because they lose their inhibitions, this is why most one night stands occur between drunken people, and why you'd do things you wouldn't normally do.
Alcohol knocks out different parts of your brain, starting at the front, which is why you get louder and slur your speech.

For me alcohol makes me bolder. When a person is drunk they are more free to speak exactly what is on their mind because alcohol gives them a boldness that they've never had before. Take Mel Gibson for example.

i think it is true what they say. because they're brain slows down and the say what's on their mine. as for the bullshit i say that's before someone is wasted. they are already feeling tipsy but they have control of what they are saying and thinking so they use the excuse that theyre "drunk" when they're really not.

People react to drunkeness in certain ways, and it is not always the same. drunkeness is not a lie detector
Violence is common, so is stupidity.

I beleive that when one is sober, they have the ability to supress their emotions and fealings, but when drunk, all these efforts are lost and they speak it all out. a drunk spreech is the real thing.

No! When a person is drunk they loose control of their body and they don't know what they're doing.
