Why is corporate America mean and hate full or just plain evil?

Corporate america slaves people for wages even a dog could not live off, corporate america's ceo's pocket millions and even billions of dollars every year but forget about the employees who work their a s s e s off. Then they have the audacity to say that if u raise minimum wage they would return the cost to the customers, big corperation owners should be shot and hung out to dry

It is a simple formula that does not account for increased volume of sales and excessive profit taking .
Corporations reward executives by the profits made and they always say the cost of production / labor is the most expensive item to deal with . By paying workers low wages it insures a healthy profit .
Taking just 2000 dollars out of the pockets of 10,000 workers makes 20,000,000 in profit . So if profits are 200,000,000 thats 10,000 dollars per person . Would that make a difference in the life of workers ? Of course it would ! Just how many corportions report profits well in excess of 200,000,000 . We are not talking sales but actual profits .
With ceo salaries in the 8 digit ranges these days it is not hard to see that by paying executives lower wages and higher wages to the workers you would have loyalty and a steady happy work force .
Why pay what you do not have to .
If the going rate of pay is 12 dollars an hour then why raise it to 17 dollars an hour and share the profit with workers .
Workers are beneath others in America and not valuable .
Until work is valued as much as people with an education we will have this problem .

First of all I would like you to justify your explanation with a proof. Heres mine. I support capitalism, as long as its strictly regulated. Free market capitalism basically means a market in which the trade of goods and services is unrestricted by the government or military. Therefore capitalists create a "corporation" to organize labor and raise capital by making it joint-stock. As they create an increasingly large web of workers, the ones on the top accumulate larger and larger sums of money. When they control a market it is now defined as a monopoly. But heres where regulation is needed. As competition arises, the big corporations make sure it is bought out immediately. This can be legally done by buying all the shares in their publically traded company. Now they dominate their given markey. They can charge pretty much whatever they like, and they control the entire supply, the demand now rests on how much of the supply their choose to dole out. As in the diamond market, there are more diamonds than all the sapphires, rubies, and emeralds combined. But the fact of the matter is only a few diamonds are realised on to the market each year. This keeps prices high. Now heres the second problem which makes corporate America a real problem. They have what are called lobbyists which go to the government to make sure their goals are passed through political measures. Orignally lobbyists were a means for the people to express their problems to the government. But now because America is so large, only the rich get the attention of the government. Therefore smoking tobacco is still legal, but smoking pot isnt. We still haven't switched to alternative sources of energy, which whether you believe in global warming or not, we only have a limited supply of oil. And I will give an example of my proof. Walmart drowns out all competition, and has quickly become a part of "big corporate America"/ So thats what I got to say, but if "big corporate America" is not the result of free market capitalism, what was it that created corporate america.

Yes, damn my company for giving me vacation and sick pay, holidays, annual performance reviews w/ raises, and a generous 401K. I suppose I should pick up and move to the "worker's paradise" of Communist China. Please go first and report back to me how well those workers are treated.

Sounds like you're talking about Wal-Mart. I handle the issue by not shopping at stores when I don't agree with their employment policies.
