I have a net breeder that they are in right now, they have been in it for about a week, the net is growing algae on it and I can't get it off... is this Bad?? How do I get it off??
Also how long do I keep the baby's in the net breeder. I have a 29 gallon with peaceful fish.

Peaceful fish are still just hungry fish, and will eat what they can fit in their mouths (this goes for all fish).
The algae is fine - little micro-organisms live on the algae (they are called infusoria) and the molly fry will eat these little organisms. Algae will also help keep the water clean.
Are you in any position to get a tank for the babies? If you have a pair of mollies, you'll be having lots more babies in the future, and it's nice to have somewhere to put them. They will grow much more quickly and much more colourful if they have more room to swim. Otherwise, just keep them in the breeding net until they are too big to be eaten by other fish - or if you have lots of plants, you can release them a little sooner (fish fry are very good at hiding in plants).

Maybe buy another breeder netthat way you can transfer them and clean the other.....then you can do the same as the new gets dirty. Maybe consider some kind of small snails they will eat algea. The mollys are way to young to be put in the tank the other fish peacefull or not will eat them! Good luck
Oh yeah the net breeders I get at walmart are only like 3 bucks!

The algae won't hurt anything - in fact mollies eat it. You can't release the babies until they're too big to be eaten. If you have lots of plants to give them hiding places that will help. (Even peaceful fish will eat live food!)
