I have seen a barbie typewriter for sale on the UK Toy R Us site, but it will not allow selling to anyone ouside the UK. I also saw it in a JCPenney toy catalog, but cannot find it and it is not on their website. My daughter asked for this for Christmas and when i asked her what she really wanted from Santa she picked the typewriter out of her long list of new fangled stuff she's asking for! can you believe that? I'm getting desperate. Any insight is much appreciated!!!

First thing, why does she want a typewriter? Do you have a computer. Much more convienent. I know some thrift stores have decent typewriters, or even maybe pawn shops. You can always check ebay if you don't find one. Good luck finding one!
