Assuming that your question is "Where can I buy a potato ricer in Houston?" I would suggest trying Williams-Sonoma. My sister in law has one she got from there and used it to make mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving. They were awesome. I bought one yesterday for $20.00, and also plan to use it for mashing up fresh fruits and vegetables (cooked of course) when my 3 month old daughter gets old enough to eat solid foods.

What is your question? Do you want to buy one, or understand what one is? If you want to buy one locally, you probably need to include the information about where you are located, as this forum is world-wide.
