i would like to know anyones opinions on the tackle of stephen hunt on petr cech i am a reading fan and am behind my player but iwould like to know if anyone thinks it was deliberate or just an accident.

The whole thing is ridiculous, if this incident had happened to any other goalkeeper other than a Chelsea one, then the whole thing would have blown over. But Jose Mourinho is such an ego maniac he thinks that his team are forever the victims of injustice.
It was an unfortunate incident, but nothing more than that, and anyone could see that. The poor boy Hunt was fired up, his first professional game against the Premiership title holders in his first season in the Premiership, he just wanted to win every ball.
Chelsea, get over it.

Well although I am a Man Utd fan, I don't think any pro football player would go out on the field intent on knocking someone out. Also, if you watch replays, Hunt trys to move his foot away from Cech and does, but he is so close his knee makes contact as he lifts his leg. I think saying its delibrate is a bit harsh.

Hunt definatly did not go for Cech. Mourinhos comments in the media were nothing short of disgraceful.You could plainly see that the incident was accidental, its no wonder that Chelsea are such a hated club these days.

it wasnt a tackle... he just ran into him, he thought he could get the ball thats all.. same with Cudicini
