1. Cut the funds to Secret Services to 40%.
2. Move all troops back to US.
3. Cut funds for military operations on foreign ground to 10% of current.
4. Deem DMCA and PATRIOT Acts illegal.
5. Triple funds to Education.
6. Cut down taxes.
7. Reinstate Freedom of Speech and Press.
8. Everyone over 21 allowed to carry a gun *BUT* enforce strict psychological exams for anyone allowed to carry guns (Individuals as well as Police/Army/etc).

Pay teachers like sports stars for acheivements
