You have to be invited to a team's training camp. In order to get to that point, you should probably have an agent. Good Luck!

A 4.6 40 is actually rather slow for the NFL. There are 300 pound linemen that can run that fast. It takes talent first of all. You can actually learn to run a little faster as well as increase you leg and hip muscles. Catching a pass is simple to most people with any athletic ability. However, catching a hard thrown bullet from today's NFL quarterbacks while being covered by a similar sized corner and the threat of a 200 plus pound safety taking your head off is a totally different thing. If the NFL is your dream, please chase it. Your abilities will get better with age, coaching, and a great work ethic. Try playing college ball. That is the NFL's version of minor leagues. If you can't make it there, you most likely won't make it in the NFL. Many great college athletes fail to make the NFL. But they tried. That's all you can do.

Besides size, you need skills. who is throwing you the balls and under what conditions? Is your buddy throwing you 20yard lobs with no one guarding you?....or is it Vick throwing you 40 yard bullets with defenders whizzing by you? I assume playing pro football is totally different than anything you will expect it to be!
im just being real son.

Why dont you try out for an Arena Football team if you think you have the skills? They have open tryouts every year.....if you make it, you will get exposure......
At the very least, if you make the team you will get chicks! All you have to do is say "I play pro ball" and your in there.....haha!

if you go hard you could, but to make it has different meanings to different people, for some like Chad Johnson, its probably making it to the pro bowl and hall of fame, then he can look at it like he has made it, then for people like WR mike Epsy of the redskins who is playing in the nfl he made it in the nfl, and he is playing football what he loves to do for money..... so look at yourself and see what it means to you to make it, and you can achieve that
