Books, definitely. It's so hard to cram all that information and action into 2 hour movies and they really don't do the books justice.

The books and the films are an same tale yet are thoroughly diverse. For one the books are written through J.ok Rowling, the films are made through Hollywood. The books are lengthy and bypass into intensity about the wizarding international, characters and Voldemort himself. easily everyone of the films skips key scenes (extremely the sixth) and characters all jointly. (Peeves, Augusta Longbottom etc) i urge you to envision Harry Potter. Watch the films all you want, yet devoid of interpreting the books your truly purely gazing a summarized version of Potter. Hogwarts is such an excellent creation, identity fairly spend four hundred pages there then an hour and a 0.5.

Books, because in the movie you can almost tell what is going to happen next but in the books it's a total surprise

Books in the sense that they have the whole story. HP3 the movie didn't make any sense if you didn't read the book.

But.... my objection to HP is not seen in the movies, so in that sense, the movies are better. I don't like all that blatant rebellion and mistrust of authorities. I'd rather not have my children fed that kind of behavior.

i agree the books are best though there is no way they could squeeze everything into the films, too much information.however some of the things they include are questionable and if it were me putting the films together i would choose different parts to the director.well done to jk rawlings though for being such a terrific writer

None of the above. I hate Harry Potter. He sucks. A Jedi Knight Could Kick his *** Any day of the week. And Zombies Would eat him for breakfast. Jennifer Garner Kicks his *** as well.

books because they always have more detail and more plot twists and I don't have to worry if a perfomance is going to be good or bad.
