Honestly-there is no OTC product that will safely help with this. What will actually help is eating more nutrients in raw & cooked (never canned) fruits & vegtables. Many times people lack energy because they aren't getting enough nutrients. Going natural and simple as possible is always your best bet.

OTC products are temporary, after a while you can become addicted to them. Drink more water. If you take the gas out of a truck it will not go, add gas and it goes. Same for your body if you add water it will go, decrease it and it will slow down.

THere is some stuff out there called Emergen-C. It comes in a little packet and you mix it in your water and drink it. It has TONS of vitamins in it and tastes really good! It should give you tons of energy. I hear the tangerine flavor will make you wired. But its good for you...not like drinking lots of caffeine or anything. You can get it at the grocery store in the vitamin seciton.
