how do I make a single game website?

I'm going to make a website like gushersredoyourroom.com.
but I'm not copying. how do you make a site like that?

They are using Adobe Flash.

Its in Flash for starters, but the engine underneath reminds me of interactive fiction - like the old text adventure games (like Zork, ADVENT and the Infocom adventures). But this one has a graphical frontend, with animation, instead of just text, and the options are limited to clicking on the list of options provided.
