"I will be going to reach the school at 8 p.m." is cumbersome. It should be written "I will reach the school at 8 p.m.". Anything that you write "I will be going to VERB" can simply be replaced by the verb itself prefaced with the future "will". It requires no verb conjugation changes.

"I will be going to sing" should just be "I will sing"
"I will be going to swim" should be "I will swim"

"I will be VERBing" doesn't work that way; you can't take something out of the sentence without substantially restructuring it.

"I will be singing." is a complete sentence that you can't take a clause out of. You could say "I will sing", but that's active and not passive voice (the linking verb "be" makes the sentence future passive). Further, the word "singing" has to have the suffix -ing removed for it to make sense (you can't say "I will singing").

*****************************************************
":I WILL BE GOINGTO SCHOOL. ex.2:I WILL BE GOING TO REACH THE SCHOOL AT 8 A.M"
In reference to these examples, the first says you will be en route (on the way) to school at a particular time. The second says you will arrive at the school at a particular time. You'd still be better off saying "I will reach the school at 8 am" though if you intend the second.

if you mean it to be ''be+verb+ing andthe next be going to .....(any verb)both are used for future tense and are correct but the meaning will be different.ex:I WILL BE GOINGTO SCHOOL. ex.2:I WILL BE GOING TO REACH THE SCHOOL AT 8 A.M.

being is a state or a person as in He is a human being , or Being that you know this subject, you do not have to take the test. To Be is a verb. I am , you are , he is. I will be going to a place is correct grammer, I be going to is incorrect, it is I AM going to. I am , he is, we are, Not I be, he be, we be. Going is future tense so you need the will or shall before the be going.
