First , understand that the police are just doing their job.

Then, live a good , clean legal lifestyle and then when the police come to the door. Invite them in, make coffee, tell them whatever they want to know. They are here mostly to protect us from bad folks. They have a really hard job, appreciate them.

If you tried being nice and they tore up your house for no reason, maybe get a lawyer and take it to court. Or maybe a copy of the bills and a well written letter would do it.

contact a lawyer asap. Do now answer any questions without a lawyer beside you. After getting a lawyer tell them to contact your lawyer for any more questions.
photograph all damage created by them
Have your lawyer contact the DA to find out why you are being harassed and how it can be stopped.
Move if you can and make sure all ties have been cut from whoever they are searching for.
Move back home with parents if need be for a short time until you can clean it up.
If you are in the US contact the ACLU (american civil libiteries union) and explain what is going on

I'm having a hard time understanding you... but I'd definitely call the circuit court and demand to see the warrant.

If they came into your home, they had a warrant since anything they got without a warrant would be inadmissible in court. Sounds like you need a lawyer and fast.

I suspect you are only telling us half of the story. What were the circumstances behind their entrance?

There ARE exceptions to the warrant requirement. (See link below.)

Police CAN enter without consent if they suspect that evidence might be damaged, hidden, etc, but generally, yes, they must have the warrant on their person.

I presume that you live in the land of harassment, nice girls and haunted houses. You'll most probably find relief in the land of the free so, pack your bags and go.
