Knowledge/ Intellect. Esp. fopr women, because this will create economic freedom,and lesson the abuse some wimen siffer because of it. (i.e.= the woman who dates men bc she is brokw, and gets treated like crap b/c he knows she is dependent.) For both sexes, it is intellect, brain power. using logic aids in understanding. Also other things, like personality, determines power.

Power comes in many different forms, but at its heart, it's just ability. True power, then would be possession of an ability that never fails.
