Since it hasn't happened in thousands of years, do you really think the key to peace in the Mideast was attacking Iraq?

Who and what military are going to see the Middle East free and prosperous? Oh, The US is the one country to end the thousands of years of fighting. Don't think so. BTW : much of the Middle East very prosperous.

I doubt it. If that ever happens, democrats would have had a strong hand in making it so. If they achieve that without occupation or unnecessary deaths, will republicans proudly admit that war is not the answer?

If that ever happens it will be because the USA changed it's foreign policies.
Either that, or we are in for a repeat of what the USA did to South America.
