When is someone considered Over-The-Hill?

My boyfriend is going to be 30 and I don't know if that is the age people have all the silly over-the-hill party stuff.

When they've basically given up and decided to let themselves go and get old.

Normally people make jokes about this at 50, not at 30... he is much, much too young to be 'over the hill' (halfway between birth and expectation of death by old age).

when they act like it..agi is just a number and frame of mind, your as young as you want to be
