The fact that British Sovereignty has been given in piece meal fashion to Brussels since 1973 breaks the Magna Carta so is Treason as is making the Monarch a European citizen. But as you can see this fact has been ignored it was confirmed as treason in court in 2003 by constitutional experts but nothing has yet been done . It seems if you are a bureaucratic europhile politician you can get away with it but you might soon get done though if are a British patriot and eurorealist.

Well depending on what country you are in, very easily. Just do something that hurts the country you are in and that is considered treason. Some countries you get a trial, some you just get put up against a wall. Either way don't do it.

probably very difficult as the gov would not want it unless u murdered the queen, they didnt think mount batten murder charles uncle was treason, any one up for treason faces the death penalty and the gov would not want to open up that can of worms
