...I've seen the 2:47 version on YouTube, where the clip begins with his remark about "50 years ago..."


...But I would really like to hear what led up to his outburst because I've heard conflicting accounts of what happend, and would like to see it for myself...


...I've been told that the audience members made racial slurs towards Richards before he struck back...


...Although I don't believe that would excuse Richards' behavior, I do think it would explain why he was so offended.

My original message here had a link, but it did not show the lead-up either. I am very curious myself. They never tell the entire story. I'm not saying that his outburst was justified, but you can't just show someone's reply without telling what they were responding to.

If we don't know what the audience member said nor what was happening in his routine before the outburst, we're not getting the full story.
