what is the worst state crime?

do you feel the goverment are working for you or against you? state crime happens but who is charged?

It's not the governments job to "work" for me. Crimes that occur on the state level are prosecuted on the federal level.

The worst crime is treason, punishable by death. You can only be charged with treason if you are a US citizen. For foreign nationals, iot would fall into espionage, spying, and an array of other charges that they can get life in prison for.
