I think you already know what douching is about with the other answers given by others. If you ever consider douching, I suggest that you don't do it at all. Our natural excretion will wash out the impurities and 'dirts' inside, because douching will disturb the natural PH balance, and you will more likely prone to bacteria infections such as yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, and others...

douching is when you take the shower head and masterbate < well kind of as its known to feel nice?? with the running water!
This isnt good for you as it changes your PH and can give you thrush! so be careful if you fancy giving it ago!
