This is what my wife & I like and why!

"Double Wedding" William Powell , Myna Loy--If you want to roll in your seat with excellent acting, comedy--without the slop of todays comedy , try this experience. This is a comedy that after you have seen it and years go by , you will start to laugh inside if not outside for just thinking about it.

"African Queen" Humphrey Bogart , Katherine Hepburn-If you want adventure with out blood , gore but with an excellent story based around true history. This was filmed entirely in Africa and is a treasure of excitement.

"Rendevous"(William Powell, Rosaland Russell)--Spy comedy, this guy is a great actor, he is serious, funny, whitty etc.--He and Mirna Loy stared in the "Thin Man" mystery series.

"Sleepy Hollow" usually my wife & I keep away from mayhem, but this indeed is well acted & superb in atmosphere. For this we believe , Johnny Depp should have at least been nominated as best actor.

"Murder on the Blackboard" Mystery comedy with Edna Mae Oliver as a school marm detective -she teams up with Michael Gleason , NYC chief of police and there is some funny dialogue that would put to shame any one-liners of today.

Have fun.
