Neither - press along the top of your eyebrows - work your way outwards. It's relieving. Don't chew gum; they aren't allowed to. Don't stay at home unless you're ill. Good luck.

meditate, think of what is good in your life right now. Think about the people that love you like your parents or friends. Stay away from things or people that cause stress. Stress is the #1 killer so avoid it at all costs.

OK, think about this. If your still at school then your young, so am i. you should not be stressed. just pay attention, it might seem boring but the easiest thing to do is just follow your teacher. i've given respect to my teachers for 5 years, now they let me have coffee in class, i can listen to music and my work is going well. if you dont like the subject you should learn to like it. life is all about liking things you didn't. That's difficult to answer, BUT I usually have something to look forward to after lectures, in my case, I have martial arts lessons 3 nights a week.
Try those stress balls, that will keep your hands busy (if you're not writing anything) ;¬)
