The answer to your question is No, & you would know that if you went to www.wwe.com & clicked on Dec. to Dismember under the shows listing.
You are also wrong about it being mandatory for his face to be on every product because for one only if he participates in a match will it count or if he is doing it to help out the WWE.

Let's hope that doesn't happen. I was glad to see that Triple H was on the cover of SVR2007 because i expected John Cena to be on it. But he isn't, which is awesome, because he is FN ugly..
