I would stay. He's been to court and has served his jail time.
Most likely, this was a crime of passion. I really doubt he would kill anyone else.

hmm, i would move in a heart beat, especially having small children.
I understand all those other people saying stay he served his time, but that's okay, that's what makes this country great.
you can commit a crime, serve your time, get out and settle where ever you want. But, then, your new neighbors can decide they don't want to be around you and move.
so move.

If he went to court and served his time there is nothing wrong with staying were you are at.

Why would you move, wouldn't he be going to prison? It doesn't sound like he's a psychotic mass murderer, I just wouldn't marry him.

Nah, I'd stay. Chances are he is going to be in jail and that shouldn't effect you. :)

I'd stay. His was a crime of passion, not a crime of degeneration.
