Yes Akon does have three wives and yes he is a Muslim and cites the Koran to justify his polygamist lifestyle, he says "I am a polygamist I can afford to have as many wives as I can afford to have, all Africans believe in it, my Dad has four wives, All my wives under the teaching of the Koran are treated equally". He is not allowed to speak about his lifestyle anymore as his record label have issued him with a gagging order, which I think is a good idea, he can leave the talking to his wives now!!

If he does that is gross, he is not that attractive....How did he find three women. His voice is annoying, but he is getting pretty rich so maybe that has something to do with it!
