I find it hard to believe that Soapland justice has not been dealt to Eric Pollard who murdered one of his ex-wives several years ago? Am I right or did I miss the episode when it came out? Thanks!

So he's gotten away with it! I'm surprised as soaps are usually so moral and in the end people always get their just deserts... Looks like they've let Eric off then. Why couldn't they have let Chrissie in EastEnders off???

I do. Quite handy for him to have a plane crash happen to cover it.

I wan't sure so I've just asked my mom, and yes he is indeed a murderer. He used the plane crash to cover up the fact he murdered his ex-wife, making out she was killed during the crash apparently.

I don't think the truth has ever been uncovered. I'm not an expert on Emmerdale's histroy though, but he's still walking around the villiage so i assume his crime has gone unnoticed to this day.

Yes, but as so many things have happened in the village everyone has forgotten, and now with the new male eye candy about to join the cast, we may forget forever.
