I can only talk about the books...
Well, in the 5th first books, hermione keep remending everyone that you can't apparate inside hogwarts, but in the 6th, dobby the house elf does!

Well I just don't understand how Lord Voldemort keeps coming back. When Serius Black is killed he hasn't come back yet. It's kind of strange that Harry's mom & dad keep reappearing to him. How did he see a stag in the Prisoner of Azacaban that saved he and Serius then it turned out to be him. That's just a few that I can think of.

Perhaps I'm the only person in the universe who thinks this, but in my opinion they're all consistently unoriginal and vastly over-rated...
