yeah, I've been there on several occasions. I used to live in Mexico City and SLP is about 5 hours to the north. It is a dry area in the middle of a mountain range. It is pretty dusty. While there aren't alot of tourist attractions there, it is an interesting city with excellent food and very friendly people! :)

yes, my father´s family is from there, very big state, the best chocolate in Mexico (constanzo), very cold or hot depends, you should eat "enchiladas potosinas" and travel around the haciendas.
