i have no idea,but a guess..

goto sleep when lights out.
sleep on a small uncomfortable cot with a dingey & dirty old blanket.
smell feces & urine a foot away from your bed.
get up in the morning,have some time to excercise & talk to murderers,rapists & child molesters for a few hours while guards watch your every move with shotguns.
work for 1/2 a penny in the laundromat for a few hours.
eat a patheticly mundane & simple meal for dinner.
goto sleep at lights out & do it all over again for the rest of your life,if your a lifer.
dont forget about the gangs,violence,& prison rapes.
terrible life.
i personally believe all hardcore prisoners that have killed someone or raped someone,whatever,something serious,should be immediately executed.just like it says in the bible.
"he that sheddeth mans blood,by man shall his blood be shed".

12ft by 6ft, in the uk. it depends on the jail,some of the modern ones are not to bad but some of the victorian ones are terrible.e mail asking exactly what you want to know. I will try to help
