Has this ever happened to you?

Question

You go out to a bar or restaurant, and happen to spot someone you know has been doing or saying things behind your back that make you look bad. They make a tremendous effort to avoid eye contact with you, but when they get up to leave or go to the bathroom, you call out their name loudly. Then theyy turn around and act like, "OMG! I didn't even see you there!" and then come over and start yammering on like you're just the best friend ever.
Ugh.......don't you want to just give them the smack-down right then and there?

I would definitely have to confront them and put them on blast of lying on me. Then I would give them the smack down for being phony

I would confront that person right there, in front of my friends and their friends. I would get into a fist fight or a loud argument but I would bring it up and enjoy seeing that person crawl into a hole.

in high school people used to talk behind other peoples backs but now it's a little different. and in high school I was one of those kids who did most of the talking.

People usually don't double cross me. I have a VERY few selected friends....I would trust with my life. Other people don't know me, so I care less what they say or think.

I usually confront people like that in public. No use in waisting time.

When people are talking about me or saying stuff I confront them about it....it is much easier...then if they piss me off smack down is on.....
