Kaizer Xose (prounounced so zay), Kevin Spaceys character in The Usual Suspects - he is known as Verbal but is really Kaiser Xose - Verbal is a pretty cool name as well!
Tim the Enchanter from Monty Pythons Quest for the Holy Grail, (what sort of name is Tim for a wizard?!)
Euphemia Wilhelmina Agnes Christobel Bertha Cordelia Henrietta Fortingall-Prendelthorpe - she was the imaginary evil baby sitter who used to look after my sister and I when we were kids! I'm sure she had many more names than this but I can't remember them all!

I always liked the way Zaphod Beeblebrox, also from The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy, rolled off the tongue.
Oh, and Riki Tiki Tembo No Sarembo Cheri Beri Ruchi Pip Peri Pembo, from the fable about why Chinese children have such short names. I'm not kidding, that's his real name and it's stuck with me since grade school, so it's pretty powerful!

At the moment I like Feather as a fictional name. It is the name I have chosen for the main character in my novel. Other characters include Eusabio Mazmandamus, Theta 42, and the Synthasis.

The names of the characters in Hawthorne's Scarlet Letter. Chillingworth as the cold and uncaring suitor, Dimmwitt as the adulterous minister, Prinn as the lady with the scarlet A, etc. Each name tells you everything you need to know about the character as soon as you hear it.
