Guide line value for the Guduvanchery area

Guduvanchery is a great place to live ,But u din't mentioned wat u r looking after there , U have mentioned in ur question Guide line value, so are u looking for land value or ells u r looking for transportation, Please Simplify ur question, And if u r looking for Transport then its better if u catch any train or bus going towards Chengalpattu, all goes via guduvanchery area only.

Guduvanchery is a good town. You have all facilities there. As far as transportation, there are number of buses connected to city and Tambaram.
You have electric train facility also. It has a good ground water. Near by places it has industries.
You can build up your own house, if you have land.
