I wanted to take her to England for a holiday,we went to the British embassy in Hanoi and she was refused a visa.
All my fammily are going to Dubai for Xmas,and i would love to take her,i know as a uk citizen i am welcombe anywhere,but does anyone know if she can come with me.

Since your girlfriend is not holding a British passport, she cannot able to accompany with you and family to Dubai without a prior visa. Contact the UAE embassy/consulate in UK or your present country of residence to obtain a visit visa for her. Alternately you can contact the Emirates Airlines office (the official carrier of Dubai) for the same, they will assist you get the visa with one condition, you should fly with Emirates. I think it would be easier for you to get the visa.
