I've often wondered why a club like Chelsea has a bit of a rivalry with Tottenham but not with closer neighbors Fulham. Likewise, is Birmingham's rivalry with West Bromwich Albion (if any) as intense as the rivalry with Aston Villa?

British, so it's Celtic vs Rangers. They have never seen eye to eye since day one.

In England I would say Man U vs Liverpool, because they are the two most successful clubs in England and are situated close to each other. It's a battle of two major cities in a way.
