go to http://www.cosmopolitan.com or pick up the magazine- they always have great tips for not only fashion but makeup too- or if you're in middle/high school you could pick up the cosmoGIRL instead. Forever21 and WetSeal have stylish clothes, so you can go in the store and check it out or go to the website instead for cute and great priced clothes.

okay, well it depends on where you are going. if you are going to the mall or just to town. then pick like jeans, with black pumps, a shirt & a blazer, or a jacket with a cute scarf. if you are going to a party or a club, then a little black dress that shows some cleavage.
