Im pretty much positive that there is going to be nowhere in the States that you can legally marry your cousin, on top of the fact that you are both lesbains. If I were you I would settle for a ceremony introducing the 2 of you as partners for life. I have a feeling that is best you are going to get. You can still buy rings and everything, they just arent going to be blessed by a church.

In the United States, ALL states allow marriage between second cousins. Some allow marriage between first cousins. Massachusetts is one of these states. Massachusetts also allows marriage between members of the opposite sex.
Massachusetts does require that members of the same sex who marry there certify that their marriage is legal in the community where they reside or will reside. If you will live in Massachusetts after the wedding, you can marry there.

Depends on the cousin relationship. First cousin? Second cousin? How exactly are you related?
You can get married in Canada and the UK (I believe). But again, it depends on how you two are actually related.

I don't know but why don't you try to sell your story to Take a Break magazine? You could raise some money towards the wedding!

I have heard that if you jump off a cliff together, then you are considered legally married by most countries.
Cheers!
