can anyone tell me about pschometery (sp?) ? it's a form of ESP?

it's when u can tocuh an object and tell about the person who owns it. have u guys heard of this? is it possible? have u seen it done?

Psychometry is the ability to, by physical contact, psychically "read" the vibrations of an object to determine its history, who owned it, where it came from, things of that nature. This can also be done with places and people.

I have seen ths skill used successfully on several occasions...
