how can i find a friend that moved out of state but still may have the same email address?

send emails on his email address. if it works then great but if not then go to his earlier house, there someone might be knowing his new number. haven't he got a mobile? or u can ask his school friend. ask his best friend, he?she might be knowing ihis new phone number or email address.
