There are lot English speaking packages available in CD you may one of this and study by your self.
The main important thing of communication is the way of expression of idea. If you have an idea to express just think before it is expressed. Think what is the best way to express the idea and then pick each words from you vocabulary and connect them with grammar. it results in a good communication
The second thing is vocabulary and third one is grammar, fourth one is your way of speech it should be clear, loud and steady and not repeating..

To be a good communicator u have to clear your concepts,thoughts and mind with all your preoccupation and concentrate on the one u want proper communication.
