it cant have no batteries,motor and can have no more than one wheel(JUST FOR A SCIENCE PROJECT DOESNT HAVE TO BE A BIG A** CAR)

well, i cant really explain it, but you can use rubber band or a mousetrap to power the car. if u google "mousetrap car" or "rubber band powered car," you'll find diagrams and steps on how to make it.
