THE WHOLE LOT ie

BCCI
SELECTOR
COACH
CAPTAIN
PLAYERS

Make a fresh selection for each but before that make a criteria for selection for each category.

For example DRAVID WILL MAKE 10 - 63 RUNS IN 108 BALL, It equivalent to 30 - 180 runs in 50 overs. Such players shall be kept for TEST and not for ODI.

Then make

payment proportional to performance

If TEAM does not win remove
2 b'man
2 ballr
1 all roudr
1 wkt kpr

If team does not win series remove

BCCI
SELECTOR
COACH
CAPTAIN

AND make selection of NEW TEAM.

in my opinion if anybody is to kicked out of the team then it must be the non performing players. bcz if the players dont perform well then even God cannt help the team, let alone greg or sharad pawar.

Ok firstly chappell for Ravi shastri, he can get the best out of anyone as he did in his days. Raina must go kaif if still inconsistant must go, sewhag for a little while but back before the world cup, he just needs a scare to find form.

Remove Ravi Shastri from the cricketing arena of Indian Cricket to stop him giving his comments and writing columns to influence the Board and the Selectors. He is a hopeless and always stabb players from the back.

You cant get rid of a whole team! the best thing they could do is kick a few players, sehwag, etc. and find a new captain

Then keep the same team and play as many games as possible until the world cup. you cant just keep choping and changing, because they will never work together as one team
