This is the good ole USA and you're allowed to wear whatever you'd like. The sad part about this fashion style is the fact the manufacturer makes the low riders for the plus side woman. Just because they make it, doesn't mean you have to wear it. My motto is "whatever the size, dress wise." I've seen women who are a size 8 look a hot mess because they purhased their clothing either too small or too large. It's all about being confident in yourself and your dress style. We as women know when something looks good or bad on us when we do the "mirror check." Trust the mirror, it doesn't lie.

I'm sure that it's hard for "chubby" girls to find anything other than low-riding pants... unless you're shopping at Lane Bryant. If a "chubby" girl has the guts to wear low-riders, then let her... you just need to look the other way if you're offended by it. It's got to be really hard shopping right now if you're chubby, because it's all about showing skin!

Probably because that is the only style of pants available in most stores besides those horrendous "skinny" jeans (which don't actually fit anyone, I'm convinced!). Unfortunately, all women are forced to wear what is available, which is very rarely what would look best on us. We can't just walk into any store on the planet and pick up a pair of 36W 34L without even trying them on like the guys do.

Speaking as a chubby girl myself, I would say it's because they are trying to fit in and aren't comfortable with themselves. The 'spillage' the runs over the low riding jeans is called a "muffin top" and I personally think it is gross. Any good friend wouldn't let their friend go out looking like that!!!

Why does anybody wear low riding pants. I just told a woman in the supermarket who was bent over picking over some produce that her faded over-stretched granny pants were showing at the back and guess what - she was pissed. Jeez

understand what i think of once I see a guy actually preserving onto his pants to maintain them at that time under the butt? i think of "attempt working from the cops in THAT outfit!" Hahahahaaaa! there is not any way i could even opt to hold around with a individual dressed like that. clothing varieties say something some individual, no be counted if we like it or no longer. dishevelled butt pants say "Wannabe Gangter" to me. because of the fact I consciously choose a existence-form of respectability, i opt for to no longer carry out with wannabe gangsters.

Because they want to look just as good in them as thinner people do. They want to be able to wear the latest styles and not shop at Lane Bryant.
I've seen way too many of them in my time, it's disturbing. Not to mention...the smaller the clothes, the bigger they make you look. So I don't know where they get their confusion from that it'll make them look smaller. If they wore their size or just one size larger, they would look so much better and slimmer.

Obviously, they do not own any full length mirrors. So they think they look like Jessica Alba in her low riders.
Yuck. I'm only a few pounds overweight (less than 10) and I wouldn't be caught dead showing muffin tops.
