Anyone, including my pet gold fish could not do worse than Georgie.

I see nothing wrong with a female president at all.
For all the freedom and enlightenment America boasts about, other countries were freer electing female leaders.

I would vote for the woman who speaks to my issues . I do not have a particular woman in mind at this time because the media does a pisspoor job publishing acheivements and philosophy of women in politics.
They focus on female celibrity sighting instead.

Sure, if a smart woman ran for president, and her views more or less matched my own, I'd vote for her. Why not? I wouldn't vote for her just BECAUSE she was a woman. I'd simply have to conclude that she was the best candidate.

Some women I would LIKE to see run include Camille Paglia (incredible intellect, and even though she's a democrat, I'd still consider voting for her), Condi Rice, Olympia Snow, etc. I would NOT vote for Hillary. Not because she's a woman, but because I can't stand her positions on issues.

I would vote for a female President. The way I see it, the country can't do anything else but go up from here! I think a female President would bring a new and refreshed vibe. It would be challenging at first, but, I think it would be a great thing.

Yes it is past time, not because she is a woman but because she is an effective leader. Just being a woman does not qualify anyone for being president. I would vote for Hillary as I think she is a strong, intelligent woman that is not afraid to stand up for what she thinks is right, I also think she would have an excellent adviser in her husband, the last legally elected president and the most effective at the job of the business of running the country in over 40 years. My gut instinct says that she would be one of the best presidents in history.

i would vote for a woman if there was an acceptable candidate. Neither Hill or Condi are acceptable to me. A good candidate is a good candidate no matter the gender or ethnicity. And I think it's a shame that good candidates are afraid to come forward because they know they won't get elected.

I believe that a strong woman could run the country, but it surely isn't Hillary Clinton. When the right woman comes along, it will be her time.

It would depend on the woman and what she stands for, just the same as any man running for presidency. I do not like hillary clinton and wont vote for her.

We will have a black president before we have a female president (unless Condi does both at once).

And that black president will be a Republican.

I would vote for Condi, but Hillery would be like Jimmie and Bill true blue American cowards, costing us all in the end, maybe even starting the end.
